Hey y’all! I hope that everyone has had a great week! I had my dance intensives this week and it was a lot of fun. I have been super sore but it’s worth it. ; ) Have y’all ever read that eating an orange before working out will prevent soreness? I heard about it and put it to the test the other day and let me tell you that it really works. I was so surprised with how much better I felt. Seriously, everyone needs to try it.
Last weekend my family went to Brasstown Bald which is the highest point in Georgia. It was breathtaking! It rained right before we got there so it was a little cloudy/misty, but the mountains still looked beautiful. Of course, being the photographer I am I took tons of pictures.
