Waterfall Photography

Hello everyone! I hope that you guys are having a wonderful week. 🙂 My main focus this week has been on school. ( Anyone else relate? 😉 ) I took the ACT this past Saturday and now I’ve been working on finishing school for the semester. I’m getting close to being done and I’m so looking forward to summer!

My family went to the mountains a few weeks ago and it was so beautiful there. We hiked to a couple different waterfalls which I thought I’d share pictures of today. It was so peaceful and I loved just sitting there listening to the sound of it. Down below are a few pictures that I got.

Have a great week, everyone!

Favorite photo? Have you taken the ACT before? Are you almost done with school? Who else is excited for summer?

You can find my photography sold on Etsy and Foap. I am also a blog designer and would love to help any bloggers out there!

  1. Wow! I love those pictures, Maddy! 😃 My favourite would be the last one. I have also been focusing on school, and am really excited for Summer! (There is snow on the ground outside 😭) It seems like Spring still has to come! 😂I can’t wait for Winter to pass! Great post, I really enjoyed it!

    1. Thank you, Brad! Nice! I finished Science which I’m excited about. 😁 Oh wow! I can’t imagine having snow in April. It’s been starting to get warmer over here, but then it was cold today. I’m honestly so confused with this weather. 😂 Thanks again!

  2. Nice photos with interesting angles. For me waterfalls are like camp fires and coast lines. Give me a comfortable spot with good weather and I could sit and watch them for ever.

  3. These are all gorgeous!! If I had to pick a favorite, I think it would be the first one, though I really like the one with the camera too! 🙂
I’ve never taken the ACT and I haven’t had to focus on school for… a few years now, but I am definitely looking forward to summer!! 😀

  4. I went to a waterfall in Norway and I loved it there. I wish I could visit many more waterfalls in the future. My favourite is the one with the camera!

  5. My favorite photo is definitely the one with your camera in it! Although all of your photos are so amazing! I’ve got eight weeks of school left. They are going to be the longest weeks of my life lol. #lookingforwardtosummer What grade are you in? I need to take the ACT as well. 😅 Any tips?

    1. Thank you, Tori! Oh, I know exactly how that feels. I’m so ready to be done with school! I’m in 11th grade. As for tips, doing practice tests helped me a lot. There are a couple out there that are from old ACT tests and those are the ones that you want to use. There is also a ton of helpful videos on YouTube! Good luck for whenever you take it! 😀

      2. That’s cool! 😀 Yeah, it totally get that! I was going to start taking it my senior year, but my older sister was doing it so I decided to just go ahead and do it with her. 😛

  6. All of these photos are fantastic, but I especially like the one with the camera in frame. Very creative!

Also, I’ve taken the ACT twice. The first time was after partying all night long for Halloween, but I still managed to get a 27. Then I took it again after getting more sleep and got 30. I was both proud of myself for getting decent scores and upset that I hadn’t applied myself more in high school. With ACT scores like that, I could’ve done a lot better in school if I’d worked harder. Oh well, live and learn.

    1. Thank you!

Oh wow, that’s great that you were still able to get a 27. I didn’t get much sleep before I took it either but I still think that I did decent. Yes, definitely. You live and learn as you go. 🙂

  7. Nice blog Maddy and my favorite is also the one with camera as of many others. Try and capture long exposure snaps next time. Those looks really nice. Tripod helps for those but any flat surface would be sufficient to capture those.
