Dew Drops and Fall || Photography

Hello everyone! I hope that you guys are having a great week. It has finally started looking / feeling like fall here and I couldn’t be more excited. I just love the gorgeous colors and cool air that it brings. Fall is definitely my favorite season, and it’s one of my favorite times of the year to take pictures.

Me and my sister recently had a fall photo shoot, and today I’ll be sharing a few of the pictures we got. The third photo was taken by my sister, but the rest are by me. 🙂 I also took some dew drops pictures which I haven’t done in forever. Dew drop photography is one of my absolute favorite things to take pictures of, but I just don’t get around to doing it too often. Down below are the pictures.

Also, I am now on Instagram! I don’t have a photography account but I do hope to make one in the future. For now, I just have a personal account.   6. I wish it was fall. But it’s like winter! We didn’t even have a fall, not where I live! Tomorrow we are GOING TO get our first snow. A few inches, plus a sheet of ice. Not how I wanted my fall to go! I love those pics! ❤ ❤

  14. Love all the pictures but I hate cold weather. The colors of fall are nice but they don’t last long enough. Some day I hope to be able to travel so I can go where the temp is just right all the time.

      1. I don’t know how to increase readers to my blog. It honestly seems boring that’s why I spend very less time in it. First I know nothing about it secondly it’s a bit hard to figure out.

      2. I had that same problem when I started blogging. Down below are a few things that I did that really got my blog out there.

        1. The absolute best thing to do to grow your blog is to be active in the blogging community. Follow, leave comments, and let them know you enjoy their blog. Be real about it though. Don’t just got to a bunch of blogs commenting “great post” Find blogs that you like and be active on them.

        2. The second biggest thing would be the layout of your blog. Obviously make it how you’d like it, but many people either do / don’t read blogs depended on the look / layout. One thing I would recommend is making an about page of yourself. That’s one of the first things many people go to when they find a blog. You don’t have to make it extremely personal or anything, but it is nice when people know a little bit about the blogger. 😀 Another good thing is to have a picture of yourself. I didn’t for the longest time but my stats started to go up after I added one. I realized that people tend to like bloggers more when they have a picture of themselves up. Again, it lets the person know a little bit about the blogger and just makes the blog feels more welcoming and real as a whole.

        3. Blog buttons are also a great way to advertise your blog. Many people have button pages and love swapping with other bloggers. I currently don’t have a blog button page, but I did get some extra views when I’d swap buttons. Also, blog parties are great! They are harder to come across but when you do definitely participate. 😀 A blog party is focused on finding new blogs to read. Everyone posts a link to their blog in the comments and say what it’s about. This is obviously a great way to find new bloggers since they are all about interacting and finding new bloggers.

      4. Of course! A blog button is a small circle or square that you design that has your blog name and url on it. Many bloggers swap buttons and they would put your button on their site, and you’d put theirs on yours.

        It’s harder to come across blog parties but definitely participate when you find one! Everyone is invited and is allowed to share a link to their blog in the comment section. 😀 There is one blogger I know who does blog parties every once in awhile so I’ll give you a link to her blog.

  33. Gorgeous photos!! You really have an eye for composition and I love it! All the leaves where I’m from have fallen off at this point and I kind of wish I had taken more photos when all the trees had their beautiful colors!

  38. The dew drop photos are amazing! Autumn over here lasts for basically 2 weeks and then it just feels like winter 😦

  39. Some people say actions speak louder than words. I believe pictures do. The beauty of the fallen rain with a local store that everyone loves. The people passing and driving by, not knowing where they are going or where it would take them. Just the moment, the beauty of the present. Beautiful picture and description.

  48. These are all such major fall vibes. I LOVE fresh dew drops and the smell of rain. Fall is my absolute favorite season. I’m not sure if it’s fall where you are but that’s what fall looks like here in Alberta, Canada! It lasts about 2 weeks and then we get winter baha
